Paul Borich KC

Paul was admitted to the bar in 1988, and has practiced criminal law since then.

He defends all manner of cases, including murder, sexual crimes, dishonesty, traffic matters, drug and violence related offences. His practice includes all areas of criminal, traffic and regulatory charges.

As well as receiving private instructions, Paul is approved to take all categories of legal aid cases.

Paul appears in the District Court and High Court conducting Judge alone and jury trials. He regularly undertakes appeals in the High Court, Court Of Appeal and Supreme Court. He also has appeared at the Privy Council.
